Meet the Blogger: Kirstie Jayne Till

This kind soul entered my life early 2020 and I've been obsessed with her blog ever since. Kirstie's writing inspires me to embrace my body, love my mind and laugh at myself. In fact, she's the only other short girl who I feel reflects me online and everything I wish to embody.

Kirstie has become a true friend in my circle and I'm so grateful for the conversations we've shared. This lovely lady is truly a force to be reckoned with! I know she's going to go so far with her writing in future and I can't wait to witness it.

What inspired you to start blogging?

I've always loved writing and despite being a rather uninterested student in school (Lambrini was my calling) English Literature was something I never struggled with.

As awful as it sounds, I laugh at my own thoughts a lot and I just thought someone else might do too? It was scary to start with but I wanted to read a blog I couldn't find, so why not create it myself?

How would you sum up your brand in a few words?

Twenty something blogger talking about relationships, sex and the funny thought-provoking (or not) moments of everyday life - that's more than a few words isn't it...

What lessons have you learnt from blogging?

That no one cares if you start a blog. The people you went to school with won't point and laugh and neither will your mums second cousin. They will care about your words because they're important but don't be afraid to start because honestly, no one cares. They're too busy worrying about their own lives and how to do what they love for a living.

What aspect of blogging didn't you anticipate?

Probably the relationships. I've met some fabulous humans.

Do you have any long term blog ambitions or plans you can share?

I would love to write/create content full time and I've started writing a book. Not that a publisher has asked me to, but you can never be too prepared.

Tell us something about yourself entirely separate from your blog?

Watership down is my favourite book and I'm scared of the noises my boiler makes late at night.
